1. Booking and Payment Policy
Reservation Deposit: To secure your event date, an advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.
Final Settlement: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared on the scheduled date of the event.
Accepted Payment Modes: We accept payments via Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft (DD), and Net Banking.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that all payments made towards the booking are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
3. Decoration and External Vendors
In-House Decoration: To maintain the high aesthetic standards of our venue, outside decorators are not permitted. We provide professional in-house decor services tailored to your event theme.
Catering: While we offer premium in-house catering with a wide range of multi-cuisine options (including Indian, Italian, Chinese, and Jain-specific menus), outside food is permitted subject to prior management approval.
Alcohol Policy: The consumption of alcohol is permitted within the venue premises.
4. Facilities and Venue Usage
Operating Hours: Kodam Convention is a 24-hour operational facility, providing maximum flexibility for traditional ceremonies and events.
Power Backup: A high-capacity generator system is in place to ensure that your event remains uninterrupted by power outages, maintaining full functionality for air conditioning and sound systems.
Wi-Fi Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests throughout the venue premises.
5. Parking and Accessibility
Capacity: We provide dedicated on-site parking for approximately 40 cars and 100 bikes.
Accessibility: The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, including dedicated entrances, exits, and parking spaces.
Traffic Management: During peak wedding seasons, guests are advised to arrive early as parking is subject to availability.
6. Guest Conduct and Safety
Personal Belongings: While we provide locker facilities within our AC guest rooms for the security of your valuables, the venue management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Maintenance: We pride ourselves on our "class apart" service and cleanliness; we request all guests to help us maintain the integrity of our column-less halls and dining areas.
